What is your MOQ?
Most items start at 300-1,000 pieces. We support mixed-container orders combining many SKUs to fill a 20ft or 40ft container.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Sample fees are charged based on item value, courier cost paid by buyer. Sample fee refundable upon bulk order.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T 30% deposit 70% before shipment, L/C at sight, PayPal for samples, Alibaba Trade Assurance.
What is your lead time?
Standard items: 25-35 days. OEM/custom: 35-45 days.
Do you offer OEM and ODM?
Yes. OEM: your brand on our products. ODM: custom design from concept to production.
